Excellent Experience
We came into looking for a Washer & Dryer set. We were greeted by Ryan and we explained what we were looking for and what features were most important to us. Ryan showed us a couple different options but based on my wants he pointed us towards the GE Profile Model. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and by that following Wednesday they were delivering our new ones at our home. We absolutely love the new appliances and we can't thank Ryan enough for his professionalism and helping us find exactly what we was looking for. We have told everyone what a great experience this was. We will definitely be back as we need or replace our other appliances. Thank you all!

Excellent Service and Prompt Delivery
2 bed sets down, and 1 to go! Replacing our old, worn-out beds has been so easy with the folks at Brown! From great service while choosing our new mattresses to delivery and removal of the old beds, the folks at Brown have been a pleasure to work with! My husband and I have been shopping for new appliances for a kitchen remodel we're doing. The process has been protracted, and I want to call our Ryan Pickard for his patience and excellent customer service. Ryan took a ton of time with us in the showroom and then, months later, picked right back up with our conversation over the phone and email. He has been great - knowledgeable about different appliance features and choices, very prompt and responsive, and overall a pleasure to work with.
